Lee Ann is trained in Advanced Appraisal Report Writing through the International Society of Appraisers as an Accredited Fine Art Appraiser and regularly performs IRS appraisals, Insurance appraisals and Estate Planning appraisals. All appraisal reports are written to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
Fees are competitively based on an hourly rate and in consideration of the size of the collection. Lee Ann will travel to consult with you and inspect your collection on site. Travel expenses and travel time apply. Please call for an appointment.
Appraisal Consultations are scheduled on Fridays and Weekends.
