Understanding the Appraisal Process
Our streamlined approach ensures a thorough and professional evaluation of your artwork, from start to finish.
1
Initial Consultation
Begin with a detailed phone discussion to understand your needs and key details are gathered about the appraisal’s purpose, items, location, and intended users, followed by a discussion of fees and a confirmation email before the inspection.
2
In-person Inspection
On the scheduled date, Lee Ann conducts an on-site inspection including photographing, measuring, and assessing each item while collecting relevant documentation. Afterward, she reviews the scope of work, outlines the research process, and finalizes the appraisal agreement with an initial retainer to begin the assignment.

Comprehensive Evaluation
We analyze market trends and comparable sales to determine the artwork’s value accurately.
